By creating an account or using FeedWink, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your details accurate and up to date.

FeedWink helps you track and understand your child's routine, and its AI insights are supportive guidance only. They are not a medical diagnosis and do not replace professional care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions, and seek emergency care when needed.

Don't misuse the service. No attempts to break security, disrupt others, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for anything unlawful. You keep ownership of the content you add; you grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service for you.

Core features are free. Optional Premium is billed through your app store on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Store refund policies apply.

We work hard to keep FeedWink available and reliable, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve, or occasionally pause features to maintain the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedWink is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using FeedWink and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect.
